Minimum Order Quantity: 12 pieces
Ink colors: Maximum of 4 colors per print location for orders of less than 24 pieces
For orders needing more than 4 colors, but quantities lower than 24, we recommend a digital print.
Multiple Garments and Garment Colors: We can split your order between different styles and shirt colors as long as the artwork remains the same (artwork size, artwork colors, placement). Any ink changes are charged at $15 per ink change, per location. For example, if you change the ink on the front and the back of your shirt, it would be $15 for both locations for a total of $30.
For more labor intensive orders (i.e. orders with 6 or more shirt colors or shirt styles) .50 per item for additional processing. This is due to the additional labor necessary across all areas of production (ticketing, processing, ordering, receiving, production/printing, finishing and quality control, and final count out).
Pocket prints: 1 or 2 color imprint only for less than 48 pieces. We can increase the number of colors on the imprint over 48 pieces
Sleeve prints: 1 color only for less than 48 pieces. We can increase the number of colors on the imprint over 48 pieces
Digital Proofs and Ink Colors:
Digital displays may cause colors to appear lighter or darker than they are in person
Ink colors may appear slightly different based on the garment they are printed on
Custom colors can be mixed as close as possible for no charge, but we cannot guarantee an exact match without ordering a PMS Matched color
Specific PMS (Pantone Matching System) colors are mixed in house at a charge of $25 per quart, or $100 per gallon.
Turn around times:
Screen Printing: 7-10 business days on standard orders, 10-14 business days on complex orders with multiple colors and/or multiple designs.
Production begins once deposit is paid and stock is ordered. Turn around times are directly affected by stock levels, and we will reach out to you if stock levels are going to push your order out further.
Any delay in artwork approval may delay your order.

Personalization, folding, poly-bagging, sorting for online stores or any other finishing steps will add 2 days on to your production time.
